Jirai Kei style dress with Kuromi's face embroidered onto the chest, a sailor collar with satin wings on the back and a removable matching bow which can be attached to the dress or to your hair. Also features an elasticated waist and an attached black satin underskirt.
The dress is made from soft, velvety material.
